Refund policy

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 12-458 1129 or email us at admin@theunusualgreens.com within 24 hours of your delivery or pick up. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must have a valid reason for it and the products should also remain the same as delivered. Our team will have to review and investigate the report. Please note that it will usually take 3 working days for our team to process your request. 

Wrong or defective products 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If we have delivered wrong or defective products to you, please contact us as soon as possible and we will redeliver the item to you without additional cost. Alternatively, you can request a refund for the cost of the defective or wrong item. 

Missing Items 

If there are any products missing upon delivery, please contact us and we will deliver the missing item to you with no additional charge. Alternatively, you can request a refund for the cost of the missing item.

Missed delivery 

If our delivery partner fails to deliver your order on your chosen delivery date, we will reschedule your order as soon as possible and no additional charge is required. Alternatively, you can request a refund for the cost of the order. 

Cancellation of order 

We are sorry but cancellation of an order without any valid reason is not allowed after you placed the order.
